Danny Kaye: Nobody’s Fool

Special performance: Wednesday November 10th 2004 Cinema Xanadu announces an evening to celebrate Danny Kaye We have two films: the first, Danny Kaye: Nobody's Fool, was made by Ken Howard (Landseer Productions Ltd ) for the South Bank Show. We are privileged to have a copy and to have Ken to introduce it. The opening sequence is inspired. The film tells a fascinating, delightful and very funny story. The second film is a compilation of television appearances by Danny Kaye that was produced by his daughter. It also contains the vessel with the pestle scene from The Court Jester. It's just as funny as you remember it. For those who find the state of Britain's intelligence services a matter of concern, there is a sketch that I guarantee will put your mind at rest. Come see.
